Yet, far too many capable and motivated individuals face barriers that limit their participation in these fields. Our mission is to help remove those barriers by creating pathways that connect talent to opportunity.
Through strategic partnerships, educational programs, research, and workforce initiatives, the Foundation is committed to cultivating the next generation of STEM leaders. We believe that when all students have access and succeed in STEM disciplines, communities grow stronger, industries become more innovative and invest in local communities, and the future becomes brighter for all while advancing science, technology, and standard of living for the whole nation.
